Terms of service.

Mpulse is a product of Mast Solutions Inc. ("Mast Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). These pages govern access to and use of the Mpulse web application and mobile apps (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. What Mpulse Does

Mpulse helps car wash operators track chemical and, where equipped, water consumption — cost per car, gallons per car, dosing targets, and site-level reporting. Mpulse Track works from manually entered counts and is available now. Mpulse Live adds continuous metering from installed hardware and is coming soon.

3. Accounts & Access

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Access is role-based (for example Lead Team, Regional Manager, Site Manager); your administrator controls who has access to what.

The app itself is sign-in only. You cannot subscribe, pay, or purchase hardware from inside the app — subscriptions, billing, and hardware purchases are arranged directly with us, outside the app.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Hardware

Mpulse is billed by site, on the plan you select. Mpulse Track is available now; Mpulse Live is in development and will be priced and made available when it launches. Hardware for Mpulse Live, when available, is a separate one-time purchase and carries a 12-month warranty against defects.

Pricing, terms, and billing are confirmed directly with your Mpulse representative after you request a quote — nothing is billed or purchased inside the app, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the Service — no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no interfering with other customers' data or accounts, no unauthorized access attempts.

6. Your Data

You own the site, product, and usage data you put into Mpulse. We use it to operate and improve the Service — see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your business data.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Figures shown — including metered readings and calculated cost or usage — are for operational guidance, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own dosing, safety, and compliance decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
