Mpulse is a product of Mast Solutions Inc. ("Mast Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). These pages govern access to and use of the Mpulse web application and mobile apps (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, role, and the customer/site groups you're assigned to.
• Operational data: site visit records, product usage, dosing and package data, and — for Mpulse Live customers, once available — sensor readings for chemical levels and water flow.
• Device & usage data: app version, device type, and basic diagnostic/crash data to keep the Service running.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor when a subscription is set up. The app itself does not process payments, and we don't store full card numbers.

2. How We Use It

To operate the Service (dashboards, reports, alerts), support your account, improve accuracy and features, and communicate service updates. We do not use your operational data to train third-party AI models or sell it to advertisers.

3. Sharing

• Peregrine IoT, our technology partner: the Mpulse platform is built and hosted on their infrastructure, so your account, site, and operational data is processed there under a confidentiality and data-protection agreement with us.
• Other service providers who support the app (email delivery, payment processing) — bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Your organization's other authorized users, per the permission level your administrator sets.
• Authorities, only if required by law.

We do not sell your personal or business data.

4. Data Retention & Security

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after (currently up to 24 months for historical usage data) to support reporting continuity. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transit, access controls — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us below. Account deletion is also available directly in the app under Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Mpulse is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
